Job Introduction

As a Repairs Delivery Planner, you'll play a key role in coordinating repair and maintenance activities across our homes, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will support the delivery of our responsive repairs service by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and providing vital administrative and analytical support. This is a fast‑paced role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver excellent outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate inspections and repairs, working closely with inspectors and contractors.
  • Provide timely business information on repair spend and performance to managers.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and cost control, ensuring value for money.
  • Manage repair escalations and prioritise cases for inspection.
  • Analyse repair cases, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Support managers with reporting and performance monitoring using internal systems.
  • Collaborate across teams and contractors to ensure KPIs are met and processes followed.
  • Contribute to repair monitoring systems and attend contractor meetings as required.

Qualifications
