Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Stock Condition Lead to drive the data integrity of our housing stock.
You will lead the Stock Condition Survey programme, coordinate planning and contract management, and ensure DHS and HHSRS compliance across a large portfolio.
You will work with asset management, compliance and data teams to shape decisions and improve reporting for residents and the organisation.
A strong housing background and stakeholder skills are essential.
