Job Introduction
What you’ll do:
- Manage your team to develop complex solutions using a range of data management techniques.
- Ensure that your team understands the internal and external context and can demonstrate the benefits of data management within NHG.
- Lead a cross-functional team to develop complex data management solutions and outputs supporting the organisation.
- Consistently make informed decisions in complex situations and communicate plans to management in simple non-technical language.
- Establish a process to monitor data management solutions to ensure they run effectively within established SLAs and maintain communication with management and users during incidents.

- BSc. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or economics; or diploma/advanced diploma in a relevant analytical discipline.
- Experience of leading a team of data management experts using the Microsoft data platform.
- Understanding of user requirements and translating them into data solutions.
- Experience of assessing and improving the quality of data.
- Experience of leading a team building data solutions and products using Azure data services, such as Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
