Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Repairs Inspector to join the Damp & Mould Team in London.
You will identify, investigate and resolve damp and mould issues across our homes, diagnose root causes, specify remedial works and ensure repairs meet required standards.
The role involves inspecting properties, coordinating with residents and contractors, and assuring safety, compliance and value for money while supporting NHG's mission to maintain healthy, affordable homes for our residents.
