- Assist the Performance Lead and wider management team in the management of contractor performance across your area of responsibility.
- Raise the profile of performance across the directorate, supporting colleagues to engage with and understand the contract delivery process.
- Collaborate across Operations in sharing information on contractor performance, identifying reasons for over or under performance and recommending actions.
- Ensure works are being carried out in a manner consistent with Health and Safety regulations, always being aware of your own health and safety responsibilities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the properties within your area of responsibility, the contractors who service these and the colleagues you support.
- Provide technical expertise to support colleagues in resolving complex repair, compliance or contract issues.
- Contribute to operational risk management activities within your team and the broader directorate.
- Assist with the monitoring of agreed performance indicators across contractors and consultants and initiate improvements as required.
- Attend contractor meetings and core group meetings as required.
