Job Introduction
As a Repairs Delivery Planner, you’ll play a key role in coordinating repair and maintenance activities across our homes, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll support the delivery of our responsive repairs service by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and providing vital administrative and analytical support. This is a fast-paced role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and coordinate inspections and repairs, working closely with Inspectors and contractors.
- Provide timely business information on repair spend and performance to managers.
- Assist with budget monitoring and cost control, ensuring value for money.
- Manage repair escalations and prioritise cases for inspection.
- Analyse repair cases, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Support managers with reporting and performance monitoring using internal systems.
- Collaborate across teams and contractors to ensure KPIs are met and processes followed.
- Contribute to repair monitoring systems and attend contractor meetings as required.
