As a Renew Moves Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality homes through our Better Homes initiative. Working as part of the Renew Programme within the Housing Directorate, you’ll support the relocation of residents into newly refurbished properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on resident engagement, managing communication, home visits, and sign‑ups to support a seamless relocation process.
  • Review resident information and develop tailored move plans that reflect individual needs while meeting programme objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the move process, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder involvement.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
  • Monitor progress against programme milestones, identifying risks and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including contractors and support services, to ensure efficient and effective move delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
