As an Estate Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver safe, clean and well-maintained estates for our residents. Working closely with the Estate Operations Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management of communal areas, monitor service standards and ensure our estates provide a positive environment where residents can feel proud of where they live.

The Estate Operations Coordinator role combines estate management, contractor oversight, service improvement and customer service. You’ll work closely with residents, contractors and colleagues to identify issues, implement solutions and drive improvements that enhance the resident experience while delivering value for money.

How you’ll do it:

  • Carry out regular estate inspections, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate remedial action is taken to maintain high standards.
  • Support the delivery of a responsive and customer-focused estate management service across a range of estates.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure service agreements and contractual obligations are delivered effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues and stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and estate services.
  • Support the management of estate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions and support compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Produce business and performance information to support decision-making and service improvement initiatives.
  • Attend stakeholder, contractor and internal meetings, taking accurate notes and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.

Essential:

  • Recent experience working within a team delivering large-scale estate management services.
  • Experience analysing services and processes to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Experience working on multi-tenure estates.
  • Good understanding of legislation, statutory requirements and regulatory obligations relating to estate and property management, including health and safety, service charges and leasehold management.
  • Experience using business intelligence systems or databases to report on performance and service data.
  • Experience supervising staff, facilities or office-based operations.
  • Experience using Dwellant, Fixflo, Lobital or similar systems.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, fire alarm systems, facilities management and health and safety legislation.
