- Lead the creation of compelling narratives that help colleagues understand the context, purpose and impact of transformation.
- Oversee integrated, multi‑channel communications across digital platforms, intranet, email campaigns and live events, including town halls.
- Partner with senior leaders, including the CEO and Executive Board, to strengthen leadership communications and engagement.
- Collaborate across Corporate Affairs to ensure a consistent organisational narrative across internal and external audiences.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing internal communications and engagement team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Equip leaders and managers with the tools, messaging and briefing materials needed to communicate change confidently and consistently.
- Use data and colleague insight to shape communications that are inclusive, accessible and relevant to a diverse and dispersed workforce.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, embed our values and support culture change across the organisation.
- Oversee internal engagement initiatives, including employee volunteering programmes and aligned communication approaches.
