As Medical Lead at Notting Hill & Ealing High School, you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of over 900 students across the Junior and Senior schools. From responding calmly in moments that matter, to building trust with students over time, the role combines immediate clinical care with long-term pastoral impact. Your work will be visible, valued and felt across the whole school community.
Alongside delivering first aid provision, you will lead on care plans for students with ongoing conditions, train staff, contribute to health policy and oversee key programmes such as immunisations. Working closely with the Deputy Head Pastoral and wider leadership team, you will play an integral role in shaping a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.
