This is a full-time on-site role for a Solicitor at Notta Taj Law, based in our Uxrbridge office. The Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload primarily focused on family law, including divorce, child custody disputes, domestic abuse cases, and financial settlements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality legal advice
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Representing clients in courts and tribunals
- Handling cases involving local authorities
- Collaborating with the legal team to develop tailored strategies for clients
- Maintaining excellent client relations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and domestic abuse cases
- Experience with Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Exceptional analytical and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relation skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current valid practicing certificate
