This is a full-time on-site role for a Solicitor at Notta Taj Law, based in our Uxrbridge office. The Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload primarily focused on family law, including divorce, child custody disputes, domestic abuse cases, and financial settlements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality legal advice
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents
  • Representing clients in courts and tribunals
  • Handling cases involving local authorities
  • Collaborating with the legal team to develop tailored strategies for clients
  • Maintaining excellent client relations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and domestic abuse cases
  • Experience with Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate matters

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current valid practicing certificate
  • Experience in handling international or high-net-worth cases is advantageous
