Required: July/September 2026

Permanent, 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time, plus two weeks)

Hours: Mon – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Grade D, £26,403 – £27,694 pro‑rata (£23,900‑£25,068 actual salary) and a Local Government Pension Scheme.

About The Role

We are seeking a Finance and Admin Assistant who will be committed to serving students and staff by providing administrative and finance support to the schools. The role requires highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to work consistently within school procedures and to be an excellent team player. The incumbent will manage student and parental enquiries over the phone or in person. Our Business Team works across both secondary schools, a few miles apart, so flexibility with work location is essential and there may be a requirement to move between schools during the working day.

Qualifications & Experience

We welcome applications from candidates at any stage in their career, and it is advantageous to have finance or school finance experience, but applicants who are beginning their career in this field are also encouraged to apply.
