We are seeking an Artistic Director to support our brand new Montaigne Performing Arts Weekend School at Notre Dame School. This role is central to our Academic and Extra‑Curricular Drama & Performing Arts program, which serves students from Year 7 to Sixth Form. The program offers high‑quality training in the “triple threat” disciplines of singing, acting, and dancing. Weekly sessions are delivered by specialist staff in our 370‑seat professional‑level Montaigne Theatre and Studio, culminating in termly performances, showcases, and local festival participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead curriculum design and oversee teaching quality, ensuring structured progression of students while maintaining high educational standards.
  • Direct rehearsals and productions, managing casting, performance quality, and artistic delivery.
  • Lead and manage staff, supporting recruitment, development, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure safeguarding, operations, communication, and strategic growth to maintain a safe, high‑performing programme.
