As a Head of Supply Chain & Procurement, you will lead that function, ensuring we are able to reduce our costs, de-risk our supply chain and deliver effectively to all of our customers. This is an exciting time to join Notpla — we are on the brink of a record-breaking year for revenue and on track for major growth in the next 18–24 months. To support this, we have secured a £20 million Series A+ fundraise, enabling us to scale our growth and environmental impact faster than ever.

As part of the Development and Manufacturing team, you will have access to everyone you need to make informed strategic decisions that help us push forward as a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Strategy – Driving the development and execution of a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Supplier Management – Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, cost and quality. Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Contract Negotiation – Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Cost Control – Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies, monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.
- Market Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and emerging technologies.
- Reporting – Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs and performance metrics to LT.
- Lead and manage supply chain team within the business ensuring they are empowered to meet key delivery targets and personal objectives.
Salary £55,000 – £70,000 + EMI Share Options.
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have
An understanding of how to grow a supply chain function from a few million pounds in revenue delivered to £10 million + revenue. You will need to have experience working in a multi-category business. Ideally you will come from a packaging or FMCG background but most important is a no-job-to-small mentality and a desire to be a leader at the coal face of the function.
