We want someone who can think, shape and execute, bringing ideas to life across campaigns, storytelling, sales enablement and brand moments. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams to help translate complex sustainability and materials innovation into compelling visual communication.

This is an exciting time to join Notpla - we’re on the brink of a record-breaking year for revenue and on track for major growth in the next 18–24 months. Our office-first hybrid working policy lets you work in the way that maximises your productivity while maintaining a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with a junior designer, supporting creative direction and hands-on guidance to strengthen and evolve Notpla’s visual identity across channels. This is a rare chance to join a fast-scaling, award-winning, mission-led company and play a key role in defining its creative identity. Working within our creative driven marketing team, you will need to have experience in brand, communication or graphic design. Strong portfolio spanning brand, campaigns and commercial work, the ability to move between conceptual and executional design and be confident designing for both digital and physical outputs with strong typography and layout fundamentals.
