Overview
Se busca un VFX Producer experimentado para unirse al equipo de HETV y Feature VFX. Su función es impulsar las ventas de la división y mantener relaciones con los clientes, además de supervisar el funcionamiento diario de proyectos de VFX desde el inicio hasta la entrega, gestionando el equipo de artistas con atención al detalle.
Responsibilities
- Gestionar el equipo en todas las áreas de la administración de proyectos.
- Planificar, presupuestar y facturar todo el trabajo de VFX para Features y Episodios.
- Supervisar presupuestos, calendarios y planificación de recursos en colaboración con los supervisores de VFX.
- Registrar y hacer seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo asegurando precisión.
- Crear listas de tomas y realizar seguimiento proactivo para garantizar una excelente experiencia al cliente.
- Programar el tiempo y reservas de los artistas para proyectos internos y externos.
- Realizar seguimiento de tiempos y gastos internos y externos para cada proyecto.
- Gestionar los proyectos durante todo el proceso post y tras la entrega para asegurar facturación precisa y uso eficiente del tiempo.
- Prever posibles conflictos de calendario y coordinar para evitar problemas.
- Comunicar efectivamente con clientes, artistas y equipo de ventas para gestionar plazos y presupuestos.
- Responder a consultas y solicitudes de clientes de forma eficiente y oportuna.
- Distribuir información a los equipos de VFX y Editorial, incluyendo media de departamentos de color y flame.
- Colaborar con productores editoriales y de color para una experiencia fluida para el cliente.
- Coordinar con servicios al cliente para cumplir expectativas en sesiones con clientes.
- Otras tareas según sea necesario y asignado.
Qualifications
- Experiencia como VFX Producer y comprensión avanzada de flujos de trabajo de postproducción.
- Facilidad para relacionarse con clientes y colaboradores internos.
- Pasión por el proceso creativo y entusiasmo por trabajar con creativos y artistas.
- Competente con Microsoft Office, CETA, ShotGrid, Google Apps, Box, etc.
- Experiencia en ventas es un plus.
