Framestore, estudio creativo galardonado con múltiples premios Oscar, ofrece una oportunidad para un Texture Artist presencial en London. Este puesto es esencial para dar vida a nuestras criaturas CG y modelos de superficie dura, mediante la creación de mapas de texturas de alta calidad, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de Modelado, Look Development y Entornos.
Responsabilidades
- Crear mapas de texturas de alta calidad de acuerdo con el nivel de habilidad y necesidades del proyecto.
- Colaborar con supervisores CG y responsables de lookdev para lograr la apariencia requerida de personajes y activos de superficie dura.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con los equipos de Look Development, Modelado, Entorno y Producción.
- Realizar controles de calidad en las texturas antes de su publicación para asegurar consistencia y precisión.
- Cumplir con los horarios y plazos establecidos manteniendo los más altos estándares.
- Informar a Producción y líderes sobre el progreso, retos y fechas de entrega.
- Contribuir al equipo compartiendo técnicas, ideas y materiales de referencia.
- Actualizar constantemente sus habilidades con las nuevas herramientas, software y tecnologías emergentes en la disciplina.
Requisitos
- Amplio conocimiento y experiencia en producción usando Mari.
- Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia con Substance Painter y Designer.
- Capacidad para trabajar tanto en equipo con otros Texture Artists como de manera autónoma.
- Compromiso con la colaboración creativa dentro del equipo y con otros departamentos.
- Habilidades proactivas y excelentes capacidades de comunicación, organización e interpersonales.
- Destrezas para la resolución creativa de problemas.
- Capacidad comprobada para trabajar bajo presión.
- Apertura a recibir dirección y adaptarse al cambio.
- Meticuloso en la atención al detalle.
- Comprensión de los principios de espacios de color y gestión de color ACES.
- Experiencia en calibración de referencia.
- Fiable, con buena puntualidad y capacidad para cumplir plazos.
- Habilidades o experiencia en desarrollo de look.
