Descripción del puesto
El Senior Cinematic Animator trabajará estrechamente con el equipo de cinemáticas para producir escenas de corte y animaciones personalizadas de alta calidad. Será responsable de llevar la visión creativa desde la previsualización hasta el pulido final, mejorando la narrativa mediante la narración cinematográfica y asegurando la integración fluida de las animaciones en el motor propietario del estudio.
Se busca un experto apasionado por contar historias, con habilidades para transmitir emociones a través de la actuación facial y corporal, con amplia experiencia en captura de movimiento y animación manual, además de conocimientos en implementación de cinemáticas en motor de juego. La posición es por contrato en las modernas instalaciones de Royal Leamington Spa, con modalidad híbrida y apoyo para reubicación.
Responsabilidades
- Capturar, solucionar, retargetear y pulir datos de mocap facial y corporal para escenas de corte, garantizando actuaciones creíbles y de alta calidad.
- Iterar rápidamente en el layout cinematográfico para mejorar la narración visual, el ritmo y el impacto narrativo.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el Lead, Director y equipo cinematográfico para incorporar feedback y alinear las animaciones con la visión creativa general.
- Implementar cinemáticas en el motor propietario, asegurando una integración fluida con la jugabilidad y el flujo general.
Requisitos
- Portafolio impresionante que muestre animaciones faciales y corporales realistas y de alta calidad en múltiples proyectos, preferiblemente AAA. Se acepta enlace web o adjunto con CV.
- Más de cinco años de experiencia en animación con historial comprobado en al menos dos títulos publicados.
- Dominio en animación corporal, facial y de cámara, limpieza de mocap y software estándar de la industria.
- Entusiasmo genuino por los videojuegos, la narrativa y el proceso creativo.
- Experiencia deseable en cinematografía, edición o implementación en motor de juego, que será un plus diferencial.
