Los artistas de modelado son constructores de mundos: crean los entornos, los props y los detalles que hacen creíbles las historias. La persona contratada se centrará en producir assets estilizados y detallados de entornos y props a partir de diseños conceptuales, cumpliendo los plazos de producción y las indicaciones de los directores y del Director de Arte.

Tareas diarias:

  • Modelado y mapeado UV de assets estilizados de entornos y props.
  • Interpretar y transformar un concepto 2D en modelos 3D, así como trabajar con diseños mínimos cuando sea necesario.
  • Proporcionar mapeado UV y horneado de desplazamientos para el Surfacing Department.
  • Realizar pruebas de render para el proceso de aprobación.
  • Colaborar dentro del equipo de modelado y comunicar de forma regular con el líder de equipo, los directores y el Director de Arte.
  • Gestionar assets y tiempo de forma eficiente para cumplir los plazos.
  • Actuar positivamente ante notas y feedback de Rigging Department, CG Supervisor, Director de Arte y Dirección.
  • Informar al líder de equipo y al Production Manager sobre cualquier incidencia que afecte al calendario de producción.

Requisitos Imprescindible:

  • Experiencia demostrable en producción de animación.
  • Capacidad para interpretar volumen y forma al crear modelos a partir de diseños conceptuales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de modelado como Maya y ZBrush.
  • Conocimiento de topología limpia.
  • Experiencia en UV mapping con Maya o UVLayout.
  • Conocimientos de texturizado usando Substance Painter, MARI o Photoshop.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y buena colaboración.
  • Habilidad para solucionar problemas de forma creativa.

Puntos extra:

  • Conocimiento adicional de Substance Painter.
  • Conocimiento de Substance Designer.

Contrato y horario:

  • Posición a tiempo parcial: 2.5 días por semana.
  • Fechas contractuales: finales de junio de 2026 hasta principios de enero de 2027.
