Responsabilidades
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la producción del show para la configuración del show y del pipeline, así como para definir hitos y objetivos.
- Apoyar al VFX supervisor y al CG supervisor en la dirección creativa del proyecto.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico al equipo y comunicar incidencias de software a los desarrolladores.
- Colaborar con contrapartes globales para impulsar el desarrollo de herramientas, estándares y procesos.
- Participar como miembro del equipo de supervisión en la decisión de soluciones de diseño, mejoras de eficiencia y aportar feedback artístico a nivel de plano y secuencia.

Requisitos
- Capacidad para planificar y ejecutar escenas de iluminación 3D complejas.
- Experiencia como Lighting Lead en varios proyectos VFX de primer nivel, gestionando el ciclo completo desde el inicio hasta la entrega.
- Experiencia significativa en la gestión de equipos grandes (10+ miembros) con habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo demostradas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación (escrita, verbal e interpersonal).
- Experiencia demostrable mentorizando y desarrollando artistas.
- Enfoque analítico e innovador para resolver problemas.
- Conocimientos profundos de Linux, Python y shell scripting.
- Conocimientos relevantes de teoría del color, composición, iluminación y estética.

- Alta competencia en resolución técnica de problemas, depuración y optimización de renders.
- Autonomía demostrada para iniciar y completar proyectos nuevos.
