Responsabilidades
- Determinar el enfoque creativo y técnico para el compositing en colaboración con el VFX supervisor y el equipo de dirección del show.
- Proveer liderazgo consistente a nivel local para el proyecto, fomentando la colaboración en todos los niveles y cuidando la moral del equipo y del liderazgo del show.
- Valorar el impacto de decisiones creativas sobre el cronograma y el presupuesto, y adaptar las soluciones creativas cuando sea necesario para cumplirlos.
- Delegar tareas creativas y técnicas a los artistas apropiados para mantener una visión general de los objetivos creativos y de producción del show.
- Fomentar una dinámica inclusiva, respetuosa y cooperativa dentro del departamento de compositing.
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrable en supervisión de compositing en al menos 6+ proyectos.
- Capacidad para identificar lo que falta estética o técnicamente en una toma.
- Habilidad para proponer soluciones técnicas o creativas acordes con el presupuesto y el calendario del proyecto.
- Actitud orientada a dar feedback, coach y mentorizar al equipo y a artistas individuales para lograr el mejor nivel de calidad.
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación, colaboración y resolución de problemas.
- Sólido conocimiento de técnicas de matte extraction, painting, roto, herramientas y metodologías de color, procesos de scanning y timing, matte paintings y el uso de programas 2 ½ D.
- Conocimientos prácticos de LiNUX y shell scripting.
- Experiencia previa en tareas relacionadas con colour pipeline.

- Rol de tipo hybrid: se requerirá trabajar un mínimo de 2 días en oficina por semana en la ubicación designada de la compañía, con trabajo ocasional desde casa.
