El puesto es clave en la intersección de producción creativa, tecnología, innovación y diseño de sistemas escalables, con responsabilidad práctica de explorar, implementar y optimizar herramientas y flujos de trabajo para potenciar salidas creativas avanzadas en la agencia. El candidato apoyará a uno de los mayores anunciantes del Reino Unido y contribuirá al ecosistema global de innovación, uniendo I+D y producción mediante la conversión de ideas exploratorias en soluciones reproducibles y desplegables. Su trabajo formará parte de la infraestructura técnica de producción creativa de próxima generación, desempeñando un papel esencial en fomentar la cultura de curiosidad, experimentación y excelencia operativa.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Descubrimiento de herramientas y tecnología: investigar tecnologías creativas emergentes y de GenAI, realizar pruebas, pilotos y auditorías de procesos, implementar nuevas herramientas y mantener infraestructura GPU en plataformas cloud y locales.
- Desarrollo e implementación de pipelines: ayudar en gestión y optimización de pipelines GenAI incluyendo modelos de difusión, entrenamientos y generación de vídeo; crear documentación y estándares para adopción escalable y fiable.
- Datos, formación y versionado: liderar preparación de datasets, ejecución de entrenamientos, control de calidad y versionado en ambientes seguros, asegurando estándares éticos y de producción.
- Formación y habilitación del equipo: diseñar y dar formación, sesiones demo y charlas técnicas internas y a clientes, además de mantener un repositorio de conocimiento con FAQs y guías.
- Compromiso con clientes y stakeholders: asesorar clientes sobre herramientas y flujos de trabajo, participar en presentaciones y pitches y colaborar en redes globales de innovación.
- Excelencia operativa y soporte: ser contacto referente para consultas sobre herramientas y pipelines, monitorizar rendimiento, apoyar negociaciones con proveedores y administración de licencias.
- Estrategia e innovación: colaborar en evolución de la hoja de ruta tecnológica, liderar iniciativas internas y proyectos R&D desarrollando prototipos para briefs ambiguos y construir herramientas internas con plataformas no-code/low-code.
- Medición e informes: definir KPIs para evaluar impacto de herramientas y pipelines, realizar revisiones post-implementación y elaborar informes para dirección.
REQUISITOS CLAVE
- Experiencia: sólida experiencia en tecnología creativa, innovación, producción u operaciones digitales en agencias o entornos productivos; experiencia comprobada en construcción y gestión de pipelines ML o GenAI; se valorará experiencia en VFX, postproducción, workflows de estudio o 3D (Blender, Unreal).
- Habilidades técnicas: dominio de herramientas y frameworks GenAI como ComfyUI, HuggingFace, LoRA, embeddings y workflows de difusión; familiaridad con infraestructuras cloud como AWS, GCP, Lambda o similares; comprensión de necesidades de pipeline productivo incluyendo gestión de assets, versionado y ética de datos; conocimientos de herramientas creativas y de producción como Adobe CC, Figma, Frame.io, Notion o Miro; capacidad para simplificar procesos técnicos complejos.
- Competencias: mentalidad curiosa, colaborativa y orientada a soluciones; comodidad para manejar incertidumbre y probar diferentes métodos rápidamente; comunicador claro que conecta equipos técnicos y no técnicos; organizado y proactivo gestionando múltiples proyectos; pasión por tecnologías emergentes y excelencia operativa.
