Los Junior Crowd Animators trabajan en equipo para crear animaciones interesantes en personajes secundarios que juegan un papel fundamental en la narrativa, con momentos clave para la historia. En el día a día, se centran en el timing cómico, elecciones encantadoras de actuación y cumplimiento de plazos de producción, respetando la visión del Director y el encargo del Cliente. Esta vacante puede cerrar antes si se recibe un alto volumen de solicitudes. Se requiere que el candidato seleccionado esté basado en Reino Unido y tenga derecho a trabajar allí.
Funciones Diarias
- Trabajar como parte de un equipo de animadores, comunicándose regularmente con el Team Lead y Animation Supervisor.
- Gestionar el tiempo eficientemente para cumplir con los plazos asignados.
- Asegurar que la animación comunique claramente la historia, ideas y elecciones de actuación desde el bloqueo hasta la animación final.
- Responder positivamente y actuar según el feedback recibido del Director y Animation Supervisor.
- Crear y aplicar ciclos de animación en personajes de fondo.
- Trabajar eficientemente con grandes volúmenes de personajes, aplicando métodos como el caching para acelerar el flujo de trabajo.
Perfil del Candidato
Requisitos imprescindibles:
- Experiencia animando multitudes.
- Conocimiento en mecánica corporal, posturas y obtener el mejor rendimiento posible de un personaje.
- Entendimiento técnico sólido de Maya.
- Capacidad para recibir feedback y reaccionar positivamente a la dirección.
- Buenas habilidades en gestión del tiempo y prioridades.
- Disposición para compartir conocimientos y habilidades con el equipo.
- Ser un colaborador excelente y gran jugador de equipo.
- Resolución creativa de problemas.
- Sólido dominio en creación y aplicación de ciclos de animación.
Puntos extra:
- Conocimientos en Python o Mel scripting.
- Habilidades creativas adicionales como dibujo, actuación, danza, etc.
