El estudio B-water animation studios está en búsqueda de un CG Supervisor con amplia experiencia para unirse a la producción de la película «The Ogglies 2». En esta posición estratégica, se supervisará la totalidad del pipeline 3D in-situ en Tenerife, garantizando la calidad visual, la eficiencia y la coordinación del equipo técnico y artístico.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Supervisar y asesorar a los artistas CG en modelado, surfacing, rigging, animación, FX, iluminación, render y composición.
- Definir e implementar el enfoque técnico y artístico para toda la pipeline 3D.
- Colaborar con Producción y Directores Creativos en la planificación y calendarización del trabajo CG.
- Comunicación fluida con otros estudios implicados en el proyecto y apoyo en reclutamiento, formación y onboarding del equipo CG.
- Mantener la calidad y la coherencia visual en activos y planos a lo largo de la producción.
Requisitos Indispensables
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como CG Supervisor en largometraje de animación o VFX.
- Dominio profundo del pipeline CG/VFX y los flujos de trabajo de producción.
- Expertise en Autodesk Maya y Arnold. Se valora conocimiento en Redshift, VRay, Octane, Blender y Houdini.
- Gran capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Alto nivel de inglés (imprescindible); se valoran conocimientos de español o alemán.
