Industrial Light & Magic busca un Animator de todos los niveles para trabajar en su sede en London, United Kingdom. El puesto es de carácter híbrido, requiriendo presencia mínima de 2 días por semana en la oficina, combinando con trabajo ocasional desde casa.

Descripción del Puesto

El candidato creará animaciones de alta calidad para personajes, criaturas y objetos generados por computer graphics, utilizando una variedad de programas de animación bajo la supervisión de Senior Level y Animation Supervisors. Es responsable de la animación exitosa de una serie de tomas específicas para un proyecto. Participa como miembro del equipo para determinar soluciones estéticas y proporciona retroalimentación en dailies. Mantiene o supera el nivel de productividad y calidad cumpliendo los plazos establecidos. Debe ser capaz de mentorear a animadores de nivel inicial y asistirlos con sus tomas. Realiza otras tareas relacionadas con la creación de animación generada por computadora.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en animación tradicional o por computadora.
  • Experiencia demostrada en animación cel, stop motion o por computadora en proyectos de largometrajes o series de alta calidad.
  • Conocimiento experto en principios de animación, actuación, producción fílmica y diseño compositivo evidenciado en portfolio, demo reel y referencias.
  • Conocimiento en UNIX y shell scripting, así como en programas como Maya y software propietario.
  • Artistas de nivel medio y senior deben poder mentorear a animadores de nivel inicial.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de encadenamiento y constraint.
  • Amplio conocimiento del pipeline de producción CGI y procesos de ILM.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.
