What will you be doing:
- Handling day-to-day HR administration and providing basic advice to managers across areas like onboarding, leavers, absence, learning and development, and recruitment
- Keeping HR records, systems, and personnel files accurate and up to date
- Supporting the HRBP and senior team with monthly people reports
- Assisting with employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases and carrying out exit interviews when needed
- Helping with HR and business projects

- Ideally CIPD qualified or a L&D qualification
- Previously worked as a HR administrator
- Experience with SAP employee central is desirable
