The Opportunity

We’re looking for aProduction Operativeto join our dynamic team. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Production Operations– Operate machinery and follow SOPs to ensure smooth production flow
• Quality Control– Inspect products to meet our high standards
• Packaging & Labelling– Prepare finished goods for dispatch with accuracy
• Health & Safety– Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace
• Stock Handling– Monitor materials and report shortages
• Performance Targets– Meet quotas and qualify for performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic problem-solving skills to handle minor production issues
• A team-player mindset with a proactive attitude

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a chemistry environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols
• Training in GMP is a plus
• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
