The School of Computing, Engineering and Physical Sciences is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised School Administrator to become a key member of the School’s Service Delivery Team based at our Paisley campus. In this busy role as School Administrator, you will provide a high level of administrative support to academics and students. Working as part of a flexible team, you will provide support for education and quality assurance activities within the School to ensure that requirements in these areas are met.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • HNC/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of administrative work.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience of collating and presenting data is desirable.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff and students on all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan under your own initiative and work to specific deadlines.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work is crucial with the ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing expertise.
