Working Hours: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-4pm

Payrate: £13.91 per hour rising to £15.41 after successful training

Purpose of the role: Provide guidance and support to Hygiene Team Operators on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and adherence to safety protocols. Train new starters on hygiene procedures and give performance feedback to the Hygiene Supervisor or Manager. Allocate cleaning tasks, ensure the cleaning schedule is followed to the required standard, and complete hygiene documentation accurately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, ensuring they work efficiently and safely in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules, including high-level cleaning, are completed on time.
  • Conduct post-cleaning inspections to confirm standards are met.
  • Train new starters and keep the Hygiene Supervisor updated on their progress and performance.
  • Deliver training on hygiene equipment such as steam cleaners, floor scrubbers, and chemical dosing systems.
