- Accounts Payable
- Process a low volume of complex supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and project allocation.
- Manage supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the review and improvement of AP processes.
- Raise client invoices across multiple projects and markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor outstanding debt and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain the AR ledger and support cashflow forecasting.
- Reconcile client accounts and investigate variances.
- Assist with revenue recognition checks and project-related financial queries.
