NJ is a rapidly growing clothing brand and merchandising company founded in 2017. We’re a creative, young team that supplies global brands including PepsiCo, Aperol, BrewDog and Dominos, the majority of Premier League football clubs as well as F1 teams, music artists, museums, and fashion clients. We also manage our own B2C clothing brand - www.notjustclothing.co.uk producing official licensed clothing for brands including The Beatles, The Snowman, Marmite, and many more. We operate a garment factory in central Manchester where we produce many of the products we sell to our clients and through our own brand. We also design and source from a number of partnered factories from all over the globe.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join NOTJUST and support our growing team. As an Order Management Coordinator you’ll play a key role in ensuring sales orders are processed smoothly, products are delivered on time, and customers receive best‑in‑class service. You will lead the integration of orders within our order management system to ensure accuracy and system acceptance. The role regularly interfaces with internal and external contributors, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc) to validate order data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Act as the central point of control for customer and supplier change requests, reviewing, actioning approved changes, and escalating complex issues to the sales owner when required.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and internal operations teams to manage stock levels, shipments, and on-time deliveries.
  • Produce operational reports, support process improvements, and contribute to wider operational projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and general IT skills; CRM or ERP experience is a bonus.
  • An attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
