Strong confidence using the 700 & 300 Picote machine. Clearance of blockages internally & externally and confidently carry out root cutting with Spartan Machine & Picotes. Carry out PPM cleans and civil works, such as excavations and patch repairs, to a high standard.

Good use of CCTV equipment and capable of carrying out large CCTV surveys to a high standard. Strong confidence in tracing pipework. Replace large amounts of small-bore pipework, including copper and cast iron components such as sink waste, urinal waste, down pipes, and stack pipes to a high standard.

Strong plumbing skills, such as replacing isolation valves, cutting out and replacing large sections of copper pipe from 15mm up to 50mm, installing urinal spreaders, solenoid valves and taps. Confident in removing toilet cisterns, cistern components and replacing items such as siphons, inlet valves and flush pipes to a high standard.

Strong confidence in replacing grease traps and saniflos. Confident in carrying out large installations of cast iron pipework to a high standard, including pipework sections, hanging pipework, access points and full stack replacements. Confident removing 110mm to 225mm pipework and replacing with new such as toilet floats, stack pipes and suspended pipework.
