This role involves working on various domestic social housing, local authority and on electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. We would also look at a recently qualified electrician, if you are seeking a career in social housing. You will be covering Swindon, Wiltshire, Witney and Oxfordshire areas. Company Principal contractor: Managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Refurbishment: Completing all types of refurbishment work, including complex or time-sensitive projects. Planned maintenance: Offering proactive maintenance services to support business continuity.
