Job Title: Roofer – Social Housing (Manchester) Location: Manchester & Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-time Company Vehicle Provided Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team, carrying out domestic roofing repairs across social housing properties in Manchester and the surrounding areas. You’ll be working independently or as part of a small team, travelling between sites in a company van, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out a variety of domestic roofing repairs, including tiling, slating, and flat roof maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve roofing issues efficiently and to a high standard. * Work safely and professionally in occupied and void properties. * Provide a friendly and respectful service to tenants and residents. Requirements: * Proven experience in domestic roofing repairs. * Full UK driving licence. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * DBS Certificate What We Offer: * Company van and fuel card provided. * A supportive and collaborative work environment.
