We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our Maintenance Division in Newport, South Wales.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across occupied domestic and commercial properties. The role will involve working independently on live jobs, delivering high-quality workmanship and representing NOTION4 professionally on site at all times.
Typical works:
- Plumbing repairs and minor installations
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- General multi-trade and handyman duties
You will be working across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial premises throughout South Wales.
Experience and requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
- Strong experience in plumbing, plastering, painting and general maintenance work
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Comfortable working in occupied and tenanted properties
