About the Role: We are seeking a highly professional Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to execution. This role requires strategic oversight to ensure successful delivery within defined constraints of cost, schedule, quality, and safety. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling project processes to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Lead day-to-day project operations. * Plan, control, and monitor projects to meet objectives. * Coordinate diverse project teams and resources. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Essential Skills: * Planning: Define objectives, develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. * Leadership: Guide and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and set clear targets. * Technical Knowledge: Understand project processes and confidently challenge. * Team Building: Foster collaboration, learning, and development within the team. * Communication: Maintain effective, timely, and honest communication with all stakeholders (team, subcontractors, clients, management).
