NOTION4 is a nationwide recruitment and construction services business supporting clients across fit-out, facilities management and building contracting. We are hiring a Telesales / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to generate recruitment revenue through high-volume outbound sales activity. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role and suits someone who thrives in pressure environments and is serious about building a career in recruitment and sales.
The role involves:
- Winning new recruitment business through outbound telesales
- Developing client relationships within the construction and FM sectors
This role is focused on:
- Generating vacancies
- Converting new clients
- Driving revenue
You will be trained in full 360 recruitment, but your core focus will be sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-volume outbound calling to new and existing clients
- Selling NOTION4βs recruitment services across Fit-Out, Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction & Civils
- Generating live vacancies and new client accounts
- Booking client meetings for yourself and senior consultants
- Building and managing your own client pipeline
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales activity records
- Working closely with resourcers and delivery teams to fulfil roles
- Consistently working towards daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
This is a high-pressure sales role where you will be expected to:
- Make a high number of outbound calls every day
- Handle objections confidently
- Work to strict activity and revenue KPIs
- Perform in a competitive, fast-moving environment
This is not a passive account management role.
