NOTION4 is a nationwide construction services business operating across four brands, delivering recruitment, property maintenance and building contracting services to commercial, residential and private clients.
We are looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Apprentice to take ownership of our social presence and help build a strong, consistent brand across every platform. This is a hands‑on apprenticeship role, ideal for someone at the start of their marketing or content career.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging content (video, reels, graphics, photography and written posts)
- Manage and schedule content across all social platforms
- Maintain a consistent look, tone and message across all four brands
- Support brand campaigns for recruitment, facilities management and construction services
- Capture on‑site and behind‑the‑scenes content (projects, people and culture)
- Support senior team members with content ideas and campaign planning
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results
- Ensure content aligns with NOTION4's brand guidelines and values
- A genuine interest in content creation and social media
- Confidence using platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Basic experience with video and design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- A creative mindset with the ability to work in a structured, organised way
- Professional communication skills – written and visual
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
No formal experience is required – this is an apprenticeship role – but you must be motivated and serious about building a career in marketing and content.
