We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Reactive Operative with extensive multi skills to join our team on a permanent basis, for reactive and planned works across multiple social housing contracts, including local authority and unoccupied properties. You will be an experienced Multi Operative within Reactive and planned maintenance works, working on installations of kitchens and bathrooms adaptations, covering mainly the Swindon and Wiltshire regions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and planned works, taking out kitchens and installation of new ones.
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing or carpentry and multi-trade experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in social housing and report writing
- Social housing / local authority experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Must have own set of tools
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry

Pay & Hours: Up to Β£36,400 per annum, Paid every 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Van and fuel card provided - Business use only.
