We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Operat ive in Voids and reactive works (Plumbing background with NVQ) but to be all round multi trader in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, fitting of new lino, carpets etc with extensive Voids and reactive maintenance experience to join our team permanently, for Multi trades works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and occupied properties.

You will be an experienced Multi Operative and have strong experience within voids and reactive works, and great experience within plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrics, maintenance, to cover ideally live in around the Bristol/Bath region, as you will be required to cover areas from Wiltshire, Yeovil, Bristol, Stroud, Clevedon, and surrounding areas, so the M4 corridor.

Our client specialises in delivering high-quality reactive, planned and void refurbishment works.

They work with well regarded social housing providers to deliver reliable and professional services across the UK. 29 days holidays - including bank holidays Pension Van, Fuel card, insurance and tablet.

Perform Voids and reactive works to occupied and unoccupied properties and have multi skills such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and decorating, Plastering, so a all round multi trader, Maintenance repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, replacing door handles and fixings, basic plumbing, plastering and carpentry.

Drive to job sites as required on emergency sites, maintaining a valid driving license.

Permanent position with a forward thinking company.

Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in Voids, unoccupied properties, domestic properties, including refuge. 6 years of Social housing / local authority experience Full UK driving licence Must be ok to travel up to 1.5 hours maximum to a job.

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
