Our client is seeking a fully qualified Electrician, preferably with experience in Voids unoccupied properties carrying out full rewires, fuse boards changes and monitoring of ventilation upgrades/systems. You will be working on domestic and social housing properties on a temporary assignment for up to 3-4 weeks, maybe longer.
Start date - March - ASAP for up to 4 weeks' work.
Location - covering social housing and domestic unoccupied/Voids properties in Newport and the surrounding areas.
Must have own van, pay for your own fuel to jobs and have your own tools.
Hours - 8 am-4 pm - Monday to Friday
Pay - Up to £28.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Full rewires, ventilation and aco monitoring systems (damp & moisture).
- Working in mainly voids/unoccupied properties
- Some reactive works potentially.
- Excellent attention to detail and a team player
- Various lighting upgrades
- Extractor fan replacements.
- Test and inspection
Requirements
- Experience with domestic properties (Ideally 6-7 years)
- Experience with full rewire installations and Ventilation systems.

- NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
- AM22391
- CSCS OR ECS Card
