We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Operative in Voids (Plumbing or Carpentry Bias ideally) but to be an all-round multi trader in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, fitting of new lino, carpets etc with extensive Voids experience to join our team on a permanent basis, for Voids works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties.
You will be an experienced Multi Operative and have strong experience within voids and basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrics, maintenance, working Voids works to cover ideally live in around Hungerford/Wiltshire region, as you will be required to cover areas from the whole south west region, Cornwall, Plymouth, Exeter, Wiltshire, Yeovil, Bristol, Stroud, Clevedon, and surrounding areas. The salary reflects the bigger patch to cover.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Voids works to unoccupied properties and have multi skills such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and decorating, Plastering, so an all-round multi trader
- Maintenance repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, replacing door handles and fixings, basic plumbing, plastering and carpentry
- Drive to job sites as required on emergency sites, maintaining a valid driving license

Requirements:
- Proven plumbing or carpentry and multi-trade experience in Voids, unoccupied properties, domestic properties, including refuge
- Voids experience is essential and be able to do other multi trades such as painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, and other skillsets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Social housing / local authority experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be ok to travel up to 2 hours to a job at times
- Must have own set of tools
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry

Pay & Hours: Up to £43,000 per annum Over time paid at 1.5x your salary. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Van and fuel card provided.
