Now we\’re looking for a
superstar Social Media Manager
– someone who is a
genuine
expert in TikTok and Instagram.

Who You Are:

You\’re the person whose \”For You Page\” is basically a research lab.

You\’re obsessed with social media and
the
science

behind high-performing content:

• How hooks work
• Why retention curves dip
• Why some edits go viral
• What cultural triggers shape performance
• Which formats scale and which die off quickly

What You\’ll Do:

• Run accounts for artists, labels, and cultural community pages.
• Build smart, insight-led strategies that reflect platform behaviour and align with clients brand.
• Break down trends, edits, and viral mechanics – and turn them into ideas fast.
• React instantly to trend spikes, opportunities, cultural shifts, and live moments.
• Create and edit short-form content with intention (hooks, pacing, retention).
• Write SEO strong copy + text overlays that instantly grip viewers.
• Manage posting, calendars, approvals, and client comms at speed.
• Track results with clarity – and adjust strategy like a pro.
• Insights and reports to clients and wider team: what\’s working, what\’s changing, what\’s next.

This is not a \”post and hope\” role. It\’s strategic. Creative. Technical. Fast-moving.

What You Bring:

• Deep, instinctive understanding of TikTok & Instagram culture.
• A genuine fascination with content mechanics.
• Hands-on editing skills.
• Strong creative judgement: you know when something slaps.
• You study creators and why their content works.
• Highly organised, proactive, fast.
• Desire to learn, experiment, improve – constantly.
• A love for music and cultural storytelling.
