Associate Account Manager to join our Sales Team in London to deliver a “best in class” service to Notified Clients. The role is focused on ensuring exceptional service delivery. As the Associate Account Manager you will work in partnership with key stakeholders across the global business to build collaborative relationships, drive service improvement and deliver a return to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts.
- Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure that new or renewal of contracts and service deliverables are achievable and provide feedback and sign off.
- Take overall responsibility of the customer experience by owning the customer lifecycle from start to finish.
- Build and sustain value driven relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across all touch points of the customer’s journey within Notified, including client onboarding and training.
- Analyse and interpret data, identify trends and suggest solutions by gathering and reporting detailed performance data against key indicators to generate actionable improvements to the quality of services offered.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 12 months of B2B Sales experience as Business Development Associate/Associate Account Manager.
- Experience in client‑facing position; experience in support of complex products is an advantage.
- Degree qualified in Business, Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Media or related discipline.
- Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision.
- Self‑starter with excellent time‑management skills.
- Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences.
- Ability to consistently deliver inspiring, engaging and meaningful messages to clients.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Independent, resilient with a strong ability to hit the ground running.
- Adaptability, hard worker, ability to work under pressure.
