HYBRID: 3 days in the office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.

Notified is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager with focus on events to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of events, webinars and campaigns across our European locations – London, Paris, and Germany. This role is key to building brand awareness, generating demand, educating customers, accelerating the sales pipeline, and delivering measurable ROI. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will work closely with our global marketing team in North America to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that support our business goals and drive regional growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and implement Notified’s Event, Webinar and Digital marketing plan.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events and webinars, including identifying goals, coordinating logistics, working with cross‑functional and external teams, managing budgets, and reporting.
  • Manage the execution of industry tradeshows and Notified signature events, including identifying key events, managing event vendors, assisting with booth selection, installation and reconfiguration, compiling cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams supporting the event, maintaining pre‑ and post‑show communication, and creating reports to track actual expenditures, ensuring cost effectiveness and timelines are met.
  • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns by coordinating content, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with local sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with various company vendors to ensure order specifications are correct and timelines are met.
  • Follow internal processes when executing event marketing strategy.
  • Work with the design team to ensure event graphics and messaging accurately and creatively represent the Notified brand.
  • Analyze, track, and report on event and campaign ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest event marketing trends, technologies, and strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related field required.
  • Minimum 5+ years B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the software/technology industry.
  • Proven experience as a Field Marketing Manager, with a strong passion for creating customer experiences that wow.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow internal processes; manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with vendors and contractors to execute successful events.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with event data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel to support events.
  • Knowledge of French or German language would be a plus.
