Notified is hiring an Event Manager on the EMEA Marketing Team based out of London, England (central London office location). This individual will report to the Sr Manager, EMEA Marketing, also based in London. HYBRID: Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.

Notified is hiring a results-driven Event Marketing Manager with responsibility for planning & executing in-person events such as tradeshows, customer summits, and other engagement marketing events across London, Paris & Germany. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of event planning, be detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and promoting events that create brand awareness, drive demand, educate customers, accelerate pipeline, and realize ROI.
  • Collaborating with marketing leadership to develop and implement Notified’s event marketing plan.
  • Spearheading initiatives to meet objectives based on brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention and advocacy, and more.
  • Supporting the execution of regional marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with local sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing events, including identifying event goals, coordinating logistics, working with cross-functional and external teams, managing budgets, and reporting.
  • Managing the execution of industry tradeshows, including identifying key events, managing event vendors, assisting with booth selection, installation and reconfiguration, compiling cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams supporting the event, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and creating reports to track actual expenditures, ensuring cost effectiveness and timelines are met.
  • Managing and executing Notified customer events, including Customer Summit, Advisory Board, and regional events.
  • Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with various company vendors to ensure order specifications are correct and timelines are met.
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure event graphics and messaging accurately and creatively represent the Notified brand.
  • Ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Negotiating and executing contracts for large- and small-scale events.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest event marketing trends, technologies, and strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an event marketing role. French and English language skills. Proven experience as an Event Marketing Manager, with a strong passion for creating customer experiences that wow. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with vendors and contractors to execute successful events. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with event data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Willingness to travel to support events.
