Client Experience Manager
German & English speaker. London, Finsbury Market EC2A 2BN. Hybrid working schedule after 6‑month probation (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office; Monday & Friday remote).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients/users via proactive outreach.
- Advocate for client interests within the organization, ensuring their needs are considered and working with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Sales, Operations…) to address market‑specific requirements.
- Monitor client health, usage and satisfaction, making informed decisions and proactively addressing issues timely.
- Provide training for Public Relations self‑service platforms.
- Manage product migrations, including training on new workflows and enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn, retain existing clients and drive Net Revenue Retention.
- Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and highlight at‑risk situations.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects aimed at improving client satisfaction, retention, growth, education and internal workflow.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Client Success or a similar role, with a proven record of success.
- Previous B2B experience and proven ability to build relationships with C‑level clients.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and time‑management skills, with a sense of urgency.
- Aptitude for quickly learning workflows and industry‑specific applications.
- Willingness to stay up to date with technology and product innovations.
- Background in Financial Communications or knowledge of Public Relations/Investor Relations workflows is beneficial.
