We’re growing our London Agency Sales team and are looking for an Associate Account Executive who acts as a strategic partner to leading PR and IR agencies. This role is for someone who understands how the media and communications landscape is evolving. At Notified, you’re not just selling distribution; you’re helping agencies strengthen brand authority and visibility in an increasingly AI-driven environment.

Your Essential Duties

  • Turn prospects into valuable leads, with a strong focus on developing strategic partnerships with PR and IR agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle across new logo agency accounts, from initial outreach through to close, generating new Notified partnerships.
  • Gain and maintain expert knowledge of Notified’s Public Relations and Investor Relations solutions through on-the-job and ongoing training.
  • Build strong relationships with agency buyers by understanding their clients, workflows, and commercial models, and educating them on the value of our PR and IR products and services.
  • Apply commercial insight to position Notified as a valuable extension of an agency’s client offering, helping them demonstrate impact and ROI.
  • Proactively manage your pipeline by inputting, monitoring, and updating opportunities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and internal partners to progress opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve your assigned bookings quota with focus and consistency.
  • Assist in the development of contracts and commercial terms as required.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support and enhance agency-focused sales campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a new business role, such as Business Development Associate.
  • Proven background in B2B sales, with agency fluency gained through selling into PR/IR agencies or working within an agency environment desired.
  • Prior experience in Public Relations (PR) or Investor Relations (IR), in either a sales or agency role, demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in a goal-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Experience delivering engaging presentations and leading commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
