noticed. is one of the UK’s leading Linked In agencies and one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the North of England.
We partner with organisations including the NHS, Ocean Beach, Nidec and more, helping ambitious businesses use Linked In to generate demand, build pipeline and win new customers.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team and work directly with our founder, Morgan Ratcliffe.
You’ll use the systems, tools and processes we’ve already built to manage outbound activity, follow up inbound opportunities and source new business.
You’ll be responsible for booking qualified meetings with senior decision-makers at companies ranging from ambitious startups to global brands.
You’ll also sit in on the meetings you book, giving you direct exposure to how we run discovery, handle objections, negotiate and close high-value deals.
This is a role for someone who already has a strong foundation and wants the opportunity to develop quickly.
Strong performers will progress into running their own meetings, managing their own pipeline and closing their own business.
There is no artificial ceiling on progression.
How quickly you develop will depend on how well you perform.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Running our existing Linked In outbound engine using the tools, sequences and systems we’ve already built.
- Following up engaged prospects, warm replies, inbound enquiries and referrals quickly and professionally.
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities as we expand into new sectors and target accounts.
- Writing and refining outbound messaging that feels relevant, personal and commercially sharp.
- Booking qualified meetings with senior stakeholders at ambitious businesses and globally recognised brands.
- Sitting in on the meetings you book and learning how we run discovery, handle objections, negotiate and close.
- Managing your pipeline carefully and ensuring every conversation, opportunity and next step is accurately tracked.
- Using activity and conversion data to improve your performance each week.
- Working closely with Morgan and the wider team to continually refine how we prospect, pitch and sell.
- What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you should be able to
- Confidently manage outbound campaigns from start to finish.
- Consistently book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Manage a busy pipeline without allowing opportunities to slip.
- Understand our full sales process, from first contact through to closed business.
- Contribute ideas that improve our messaging, targeting and conversion rates.
- Begin taking greater ownership of discovery calls and live sales conversations.
- Build towards managing and closing your own pipeline.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with ambition, commercial awareness and the desire to become exceptional at sales.
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management or another commercially focused role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to speak with senior decision-makers and represent noticed. professionally.
- Resilience and a thick skin. Outbound sales involves rejection, and you need to be able to stay consistent.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations at once.
- Commercial instinct and the ability to recognise and pursue a good opportunity.
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how businesses make decisions.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
- The ambition to progress into running meetings, managing pipeline and closing deals.
Above all, we want someone with personality, hunger and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales.
We’re not looking to fill a seat. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the business and earn greater responsibility through their performance.
What We Offer
- Uncapped commission.
- Direct mentorship from our founder, Morgan Ratcliffe.
- A genuine path into senior sales and closing roles.
- Progression based on performance rather than time served.
- The opportunity to sell to senior decision-makers at globally recognised brands.
- Exposure to the full sales process, including discovery, negotiation and closing.
- A seat on a high-performing team at an award-winning, fast-growing agency.
- The opportunity to help shape the sales function as noticed. continues to scale.
- Where You'll Work
This role is based in our Ancoats office five days a week.
We believe people learn faster, communicate better and perform at a higher level when they are working closely together in the same room.
We move quickly, maintain high standards and expect people to take ownership.
In return, you’ll be given the support, coaching and opportunity to progress faster than you would in a more traditional sales environment.
